Is my continuation bet valid here? And if I get called i play check/fold?

Hello,

I would just skip the CBet because of multiway pot and Check/Fold all streets.

Also I would raise to 250 preflop. Firing a 500 chip c-bet into a 750 chip pot is OK here imo.

This too. 250 preflop is fine but cbetting this flop is no good IMO. Our fold equity here is so tiny.
