stack sizes would be good... if you have a big stack your raise is much stronger as you have a lot to back this bet (a major thing that doesn't apply if he is shortstacked)
i like the play as a holding of AK, AQ is pretty likely... against two overcards and the possibility to be against a higher pocket pair, it takes some courage... well done though

that's what i always miss in these hand evaluations... i don't like minraises especially not if you want your opponent to fold here as veriz correctly states... raise bigger here
Would you min-raise with a set or monster draw here? I hope not, so raise the same amount you would with those hands usually at least 3x.
I would likely raise to 4-5$, which I´d also raise there with sets and likely strong draws. (better than min-raise:))
