I think it is an okay exploitative fold here. On the river the only meaningful draw (QT) got there as well, plus the flop sets and two pairs can still valuebet.

I hate this spots. I really do. I've seen everything in triple donk pots, but I'm never sure what to do too.
What I can definitely tell you is that overfolding is better than overcalling at NL5. (you already know I like the low-variance approach ♦).

Btw even though it wasnt the case here, usually a donk bet means a pair or a draw IMO.

Little advice, people who donks and bets 3 streets with half pot, they dont have a strong hand. Search in your database donk bets and see their hands. I would only fold if he bets 70%+ on river. This is easy call.

I'd never raise flop here, if he has air we want him to keep betting

Wow, that was an extremely difficult hand. I certainly agree with the smooth call on the Flop and Turn. With a strong kicker but not the Ace kicker, I just don't see a Raise. I hate to call 31 BB with a King kicker. It may only be 1/2 Pot bet. However, after the flop I tend to evaluate bets by the big blind amount and not the pot percentage. Thus, I am only seeing 31 BB's and that is a sizeable bet. I like Zetozinho's preference for low variance. I admit that I would probably play this hand differently each time that I face it. I do not have a strong enough confidence in calling or folding. Is it helpful to admit that this River call is so hard that I can offer no advice one way or another?

I'd personally call here as fish don't know how to value bet and never do this sort of line for value.
