I've sent the required ID check info to security@pokerstrategy.com 3 days ago, and have not received the capital yet.
I sent it from the email I registered with.
I also haven't got a reply whether you received the ID check or not.

Hello astra,
It usually takes around 48 hours for the ID process to go through and then a further 48 hours to the transfer of funds to go through.
Hopefully, if everything is ok, you should receive your funds soon.

It does not seem like the support has processed your ID information yet. Are you sure you sent it to security@pokerstrategy.com from the e-mail address you signed up with? If not please re-send it - or contact or support staff via the ticket system ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/ ).
