Hero (SB): $28.74 (143.7 bb)
BB: $43.32 (216.6 bb)
CO: $20 (100 bb)
BTN: $8.18 (40.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 4♣: 5♣:
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.50, BB calls $0.30

Flop: ($1) 2♠: Q♠: K♣: (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks

Turn: ($1) 7♣: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.60, BB calls $0.60

River: ($2.20) 3♣: (2 players)
Hero bets $1.20, BB raises to $4.06, Hero ???

Villain seems to be a decent player 26/17 but only 100 hands.

Preflop: This hand is in my standard stealing range.

Flop: I was 50-50 to cbet or x/f, because of the backdoor potential this hand has. In case of cbet on the flop I would fire all A,3,4,5,6 and club on the turn.
Decided to go for the x/f line
Turn: Easy spot to two barell and print money from this point.
River: Obvious value bet, but againts this raise what would you play?

Pre-flop and post-flop untill the river seems fine with me. On the river I would just call.
If you 3bet shove you get only action of better.

With this babyflush I would fold to the raise.
Qx and Kx he probably would have betted on the flop.
If he has 1P, 2P or set on the river he would probably just call and see a not too expensive showdown.
Whould he bluffraise them on the river?
I think that most of the times it is a valueraise on the river. You don't beat many combo's.
My betsize on the river would be a bit bigger, f.e 1.70, so it is a bit more difficult for him to bluff you. And if he raises you then you are more sure that you are beat and is it easier to fold.

I'd bet flop
It's quite a bit better for your range and you pickup equity on a lot of cards

River you have to call now with your sizing I'd say, you underrepped your hand too much

I would definitely play 4 bet. Of course there is a possibility that he also has a flush. But that is a rare situation. It seems to me like it's got two pairs or maybe set with 7 or 3. Idefinitely play 4 bet.
