I think the 3b pre is fine i tend to flat JJ vs a UTG 3x opn but obv you don't really want to go to the flop Mw, not sure what btn was doing over calling but as he is not a full stack more than likely a weak player. I think OTF you should have cb bigger when its low connected to get value from Ahigh floats and small pocket pairs, OTT the Qc isn't the best card you want to see but it also brings a fd i think you could have even doubled barrelled small here looking to fold to a raise i think by betting you will still be getting value from hands that have picked up a backdoor fd and also those smaller pairs which won't fold like 88-TT's..

Multi way I would bet the flop at least half pot and if you have info they are fishy you can bet even more like 2/3 pot for value and protection. Turn seems like a easy fold on his big bet.
