That's tough to say, but PokerStars has the most texas Hold'em variants of cash games, SNG's and tournaments. It has also the most traffic.
If you would win a lot of money you can use a wallet like Skrill or you can make a bank transfer to your bank account.

Depending on your location, some poker rooms may not be available.
If you go to this page: Poker Rooms you should see a list of different rooms.
Some may not be available to you -- for example, When I look at that page "William Hill" is listed, but they won't let me play there because I live in British Columbia. Go figure
