this guy kept 3-betting me for about 3 hands so I wanted to stop his nonsense and bluff 4bet. should i reduce my 4bet size slightly?

Yeah, they tend to shove a lot if they had been 3-bet a lot, especially since you 4-bet size is that small.
I think you can 3-bet shove there at some times, because he would fold there AJ, sometimes AQ and if get called, you likely has there 30% equity- so not that bad move.

Make a bigger 4bet or just fold, ~$35 and ye, as Kaitz said you can sometimes just 4bet shove directly.

bluff 4bet is a def. a possebility. I'd make it $32.
