CryptoPokerClub STEALING my money

Hi,

My name is Artur and i`ve been playing poker professionaly for 4 years.

On May 3rd i found out about this site and decided to give it a try. So i registered and started playing.

I`ve made 3 withdraws between May 3rd and June 5th and all of them happened smoothly with no problems.

I have around 110 mBTC in balance

On June 14 they sent me:

"Hello,

Our security team has noticed that you are seating on 1/6 tables alone, and once some player joins you play just 1 hand and then sitout. This way you much more often play hands from SB and less often from BB. Few players reported this abuse.

This will be your one and only warning to stop doing that before getting banned.

We noticed this in 78 cases by evaluating your hand history. Since you mainly play on the 0.1/0.2 table, 0.2X78=15.6 mBTC of abused funds. This has been reduced from your balance and sent back to the players affected as a refund.

With regards,
Crypto Poker Club Team"

My thoughts: What?!?! I thought the blinds were assigned randomly so is not like im "choosing" not to pay the BB.

My response on the same day:

"What a fuck???

I just dont want to play those guys that sit with me. Thats why i just play one hand and sitout.

If you guys had a feature of auto blinds on/off then this wouldnt happen.

Please put back my money there cause im not abusing anything, i just DONT WANT TO PLAY THOSE GUYS THAT SAT WITH ME. "

Later the same day i sent another email explaining better my intention:

"Just to make sure...

I didnt have any intention to abuse or harm any player or the room. If a guy i DONT want to play sits with me, i play ONE hand with him (either on Big Bling or Small Blind) and then sitout. I just play that ONE hand because theres no other way to avoid playing at least one hand with a villain since the client FORCES me to put at least the Small Blind.

Again, PLEASE put back my money because i had/have NO intention to harm any player or the room.

Thanks,
Artur"

On June 15 (next day) they DIDNT respond and i sent another email:

"Answer??????"

On June 17 they still DIDNT respond and i sent another email:

"????????? "

Later, on June 17 they still didnt respond and i sent again:

"Why dont u answer me?? What a shitty support"

After 4minutes they respond with this:

"You have been permanently banned due to spam."

I laugh out loud.

At this point i accepted the initial Penalty and just wanted my money back

So i sent:
"give my money back please?"

Following by:
"Why dont you talk to me? i just want my money and i`ll be gone

Be a serious company at least"

Then i waited and sent some other emails between June 18 and July 8 with the same message: Just give my money back

So, today (July 18) i sent:

"Hi,

Please pay me my money or i``ll have to public a post on mainstream poker forums talking that u guys guys steal players money.

Just pay me

Thanks"

4hours later they respond:

" Hello,

This will be the final response on this matter as you continue to spam.

1. No funds were 'stolen'. Prior to being banned you already got several withdrawals which covered everything you initially deposited and more on top. Your initial deposit was 61.2 mBTC and you had 3 withdrawals that total 338 mBTC. You already got more than 5X the return even before the ban took place. Its strange given the circumstance you still feel someone stole anything from you.
2. Prior to being banned you were warned about player abuse after being reported by 3 separate players on record and a final warning was issued to you as well as a penalty.
3. As stated in our terms of use, all bans are permanent and it is in our own decision on who we allow to play on the platform.
4. The remaining balance of 94.68 mBTC was refunded to the players affected as per usual procedure when bans occur such as these.

Your email will now be added to our banned list."

Funny is that they try to consolate ("you got 5x return" ... "strange that you feel someone stole from you") trying to make it look like the 94.68 i won cheating

Then, i responded:

"Hello,

Responding each topic:

1. What?!?! It doesnt matter how much money i made, what matters is that 94.68 is mine and the PENALTY was already deducted BEFORE so i was fine with that. The 94.68 wasn`t stealed from any player. You have no rights to distribute my money to players that were supposedly harmed since theres no harm at all.

2. I dont read chat, i dont keep them opened, but OK i acepted the initial PENALTY that deducted 15mBTC

3. I dont want to play in the platform anymore, keep my account banned, im fine with that. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK because that 94.68 i won it fair and i didnt steal from any other player

4. This is wrong on your side because you assume i harmed other players to make that 94.68mBTC and i didnt. The penalty regarding me playing just the SB was already made and you guys deducted 15mBTC (i had 110mBTC). I DONT want those 15mBTC, i WANT the 94.68 that is mine by right.

Please read this."

And so far nothing on their side.

So i guess they basically STEALED my money

Hi rutramax,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com!

If you have played poker for 4 years, and were sitting by yourself at 6 tables, then you would expect to pay at least one blind on each table. If someone sits down that you don't like, play one orbit, then sit out. No problem.

If in future you decide to play at other sites, I suggest that you join established tables, rather than start tables yourself.
The tactic you describe where a player plays one hand then suddenly exits is called "hit and run" and is considered poor poker etiquette.

Next, when you have a problem with a poker site -- or any business -- it is helpful to be calm, polite and helpful. Getting angry will only make the customer service people angry in return. The customer service representative is your only link to the company -- you must do everything you can to make them want to help you.

Finally, the site you mention is not affiliated with PokerStrategy.com in any way, and no one here can help you.

truly sorry,
VS

Take it as a man. Being their support, I would ban you as well. You need to reallize that the site can do anything with your account and being so rude and arogant to their support is very sily move. If the site is soft enough and you are good enough, why are you arguing so hard for few blinds. In my point of view right is upon their side.

Thanks for the words.

In retrospect i see now that my mistake was the way i talked to them (angry, frustrated, etc) and if i want to solve something i have to deal it calmly, respecfuly and with clear mind.

Again, im not complaining about the ban, because they have the right to ban anyone they want.

And im not complaining about the initial penalty (the deduction of the 15mBTC) because i understood my fault and the penalty is right.

What i AM complaining is the fact that they are keeping the remaining of my roll (after the penalty) and this doesnt seem right.

Finally, im posting here mainly to warn other people about the site.

Thanks
