Hey maniac,

They don't have SnGs, but they do have fast MTT structures.

Hello,
Is the hand history saved?
Are HEM&PT supported?
I understood, that there is an zoom/fast poker alternative in there. If it is so, can you tell me please what is the traffic NL10++ and in which time zone respectively.
Thanks

Hmm this is a way too low! For example if that 1$ is 0.5/0.1 NLHM and it almost always count the entrance, but not the players it is very possible to have 15-18 players instead of 48:(
What about the regular tables?
Besides I am 5h behind you in EST so 11pm in uk is 6pm in here:). Is it going quite up later?

What are the blind intervals and prize structures of the $1 to $11 MTTs?

Hey Tikrime,

Depends really on the tournaments. For the daily guarantees, there's 3-5-8 minute blind level tournaments. But for example for the non-turbo events of the GG series, the blindlevels seems to be generally 15 minutes.

You should update your promo I guess. Here a response from them.

"Thanks for your detailed response.

Unfortunately it hasn't changed our ruling. We're not trying to personally deprive you; the $1K bonus simply cannot be applied anymore. Additionally, your registration date came one day after the update, rendering your account ineligible either way.

I understand if you feel differently knowing amounts are not as advertised but if you wish to proceed, deposit through the cashier, select 'Welcome Bonus' from the options presented then play poker games to chase your loot.

I would also contact your affiliate directly to confirm his details no longer conflate with GGPoker's current offerings, or have him/her contact us directly for updates. Our webpage has the latest details: https://www.ggpoker.com/poker-promotions/online-poker-welcome-bonus/

As to your tickets, another something to raise with your affiliated partner who'll either instruct us to award them or contact GGPoker through their business address to discuss the matter. Essentially we need your affiliate to confirm that you are A. registered to them and B. have satisfied conditions for their ticket promo.

Thanks for your understanding.

Best regards,
GGPoker Support"

Hi xXxYnnekxXx,

Thanks for posting this. We were not aware of the bonus changes and will update the guides accrodingly.
Regarding the free tournament tickets: Did you have your account verified before contacting support to claim them? The instructions as written in the guide below should still apply for these tickets:

So I was thinking about joining this room but I am not sure which GG Poker First Deposit Bonus I should choose. $100 rewards or 100% up to $600? I'm thinking in the long term the 100% $600 is probably the best offer but that also means I probably have to play a TON on the micro stakes to get the reward.

Can you tell me how much should one need to play on the micro stakes cash tables to play the full 100% bonus free? Apperntly there is also the option to opt for the $100 cash bonus? What's the difference?

Either way the honeymoon missions are pretty nice bonus too!

Also I'm excited to try out their own build-in HUD, sounds promising.

Hi Betmaker,
Since it is the weekend, it is quite possible that it will take longer to process all the details of your new account.
Generally it is considered to take up to 72 hours — but with the weekend maybe longer.

If by Tuesday morning you don't see that all is well I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.

One other thing you can check:
go to: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/profile/
There you will find a list of poker room, and what your name is on that site.
In the right hand columns it may say "tracked", "tracking unclear" or nothing.

If GGPoker says "tracking unclear" or nothing, then you are not yet tracked.

Best of luck :gl:,
VS
