Does that huge (?) difference between the 2 "My C" mean anything at all?
Is it a good or a bad sign being below the yellow line? Or is that indifferent, it is only variance?

Imagine that you are playing coin flips and you win 7 out of 10, your green line will show +2, but your yellow line will stay allways at zero. You don't have any control and the difference between the two lines is completly irrelevant, it just shows your good or bad luck in all in situations nothing else. Of course that's only a little part of the variation, you might be lucky or unlucky in many different ways and the yellow line will not count that, so it might be negative or very negative, that does not mean that you're playing bad. You are just in normal downswing happens often to everyone, it's not even really that bad, in your career you will face much worse downs than this one, trust me. What is the most important is not to change your game in any way.

NL5 and NL10. At this moment, at NL5, my cwon allin is almost 5 BI greater than my cwon, which keeps bugging me out, like I had been calling too much close all ins and/or leaving money on the table somehow.
Considering both stakes, my cwon allin is almost 30% bigger than my cwon. Of course, it is a very insignificant sample size, but as other have answered before: it doesn't mean much. It's only variance.
