PokerStars Zoom, Hold'em No Limit - $0.01/$0.02 - 6 players
Hand delivered by Upswing Poker

UTG: $4.00 (200 bb)
MP (Hero): $2.39 (120 bb)
CO: $2.06 (103 bb)
BU: $4.58 (229 bb)
SB: $4.46 (223 bb)
BB: $2.02 (101 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is MP with J J
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.06, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.06, 2 players fold

Flop: ($0.15) 4 4 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.09, BU folds

I'm wondering if this kind of flop is good or bad for c-betting vs btn/blinds when I have an overpair.

On NL2 I would Cbet always with a over pair on the flop. Most players are calling to loose in spots like this and you could miss value if you check it.

I think the bet size could be a bit smaller to get some lighter calls from villain. The board is quite dry and paired so villain doesn't probably hit this board very well. Your hand doesn't need much protection either. Therefore, a smaller size would make more sense imo.
