SB JJ vs UTG open 3bet spot

I would still Cbet. Especially on NL2 you could expectsome weird calls against a random villain, but a 2/3 pot bet should be big enough to get it in 3 streets all-inn on the river.

Preflop: Without further info, 3betting preflop is already on the loose side. UTG range is very strong. Is also the position were a player will fold less to 3bets, specially when they come from the blinds (he has position). You will isolate yourself against better often and if he 4bets you are not in a good shape.

Flop: Your reasoning for not cbetting doesn't make sense. You have a very polarized range when you 3bet vs UTG and a dry board like this just reinforces it. Therefore, this is a spot where I believe you should either bet big or check. It is ok to check with JJ. It is a hand that doesn't need protection at all. You can value bet for obvious reasons too.
AA-QQ would be best candidates for a cbet because JJ blocks a lot of KJ, QJ type of hands that might call you.

Turn: As you said it changes nothing. It will sound incredibly stupid, but you should consider checking one more time for the same reasons. If you did have the J♠: you should bet more often for instance.
Your turn sizing is ok.

River: I would be more inclined to check/raise here as played. Flush as missed and he should bluff missed flushdraws and valuebet Ax. He will fold Jx to a second barrel.
Against a passive player shoving is certainly a good play though.

the river sizing is good, as the A hits your range. villain has to bluffcatch here some of the time.

if he doesnt, feel free to bluff all your KQ kind of hands.

Why do you think that he folds TT on the flop vs cbet? I dont agree with it.
