I was asking to withdrawal my cash but they keep delaying to verify my document

Hi the3xww,
As you can see, I've edited your post, and subject
When dealing with customer services, it is necessary to be patient and to do exactly what they ask, and then again be patient.
When you do get a chance to speak or chat with a representative, it is necessary to always stay calm -- never get angry.
This person is the only way to get to your money.
If they get angry they won't want to help you.
If English is not your best language, ask if they have someone who speaks your own language -- they often do.
We had another thread recently where a member had a problem with a poker room's withdrawal procedure, but after more than a week it worked out.
Be patient, stay calm, try again.
All the best,

Well I left in the part where you describe the situation, but I left out all the parts where you accuse them of cheating.
As I mentioned in my previous post, identity verification takes time.
Sometimes the initial verification check fails, and it takes considerable effort -- and considerable patience -- to resolve the issue.
Signing up on poker forums and accusing others of cheating will not help you.
Many of our members use 888, have no problems, and trust them.
By posting a rant, you reveal as much about yourself as you do about 888.
My advice again:
Contact them again, by email or telephone.
Be calm, helpful, and above all patient.
Be absolutely certain that you know exactly what they require you do.
Then do it correctly.
Then be patient.
Let us know how it turns out...

Dealing with them can be very painfull. Their costumer support is pretty low-level these days. Patience.
