If they make indeed a new account with the link on your Facebook page it will work. Off course they need to play with a tracked Poker room account if you want to earn money with it.

When adding my referring link on Facebook I see that there is this long Facebook id added to the link in between the domain and my referrer id. Does this anyhow affect my referrals?

Could I add my referrer hash tag to any link on Pokerstrategy to be recognised as the referrer of someone who clicks it and registers on PS?

Found it out myself trying. 
Yes it seems to work. I added my referrer code to a link and when clicking on register it loaded the form without the referred by field. Also with the fbclid variable from Facebook in between.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but if it still unresolved, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the URLs and so on.
