Some poker rooms allow existing accounts to be tracked by PokerStrategy.com, others do not.
At this point the best option is to create a customer service ticket and ask:
To create a customer service request go to
https://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/support/
then scroll all the way to the bottom, then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
If it turns out you cannot re-track your account, check out the bonus offers and free money offers for a different room.
