Yes, you have a ton of outs, but if I'm correct, then your equity doesn't cover the call.

The equity OTT is similar if he has 88 or KK, but in that case, you would have seen a smaller raise I think.

I would most of the time Cbet a little bit more than half pot on the flop and turn.
His shove is weird on the turn, but I wouldn't risk 170bb with top pair and a flush draw.
