Hi there :f_drink:

Poker Stars, $0.02/$0.05 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 4 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB: $4.50 (90 bb)
BB: $7.38 (147.6 bb)
CO: $5.40 (108 bb)
Hero (BTN): $5 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with T♠: 9♦: T♦: 9♠:
CO raises to $0.12, Hero raises to $0.43, 2 folds, CO calls $0.31

Flop: ($0.93) 4♠: 3♥: 7♥: (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $0.67, CO calls $0.67

Turn: ($2.27) 8♥: (2 players)
CO bets $0.87, Hero folds

Results:

Spoiler

$2.27 pot ($0.09 rake)
Final Board: 4♠: 3♥: 7♥: 8♥:
CO mucked and won $2.18 ($1.08 net)
Hero mucked T♠: 9♦: T♦: 9♠: and lost (-$1.10 net)

Preflop is standard imo. Nothing more to add.

Flop He called my 3bet pre so I think he has a fairly good hand. Some Ace high rundowns, maybe strong KK or other broadway cards which are connected. But as you know, at the micros nearly anything could happen. :f_rolleyes: So I think his range does not hit the flop that often and as a a preflop aggressor I have to Cbet my entire range here. Maybe I could have bet pot for more FE?

Turn after he calls the flop and then leads the turn I folded because I have no draws left apart from the straight which won´t make the nuts.

So my main question is whether the Cbet and the sizing of it is okay. In HU pots at the micros the aggressive approach is better than checking those boards I think.

I dont think we need to cbet flop with our entire 3bet preflop range. especially not on that board.

When you flop c-bet your entire range, you should not do it with this sizing. You should c-bet smaller, straight-flops are static one's.

I agree pretty much to the rest of your thoughts.

but isnt this flop more dynamic because of the flushdraws and therefore we should be on the higher side? which leads to not cbet 100%

yes. it's somewhere inbetween. with all 3 cards being low cards it is still very light and hard to hit, but you are right we should not bet it 100%.

Only if it is a super heavy wet-straight flop like A♥:Q♠:T♥: or A♦:K♦:T♣: we should bet it close to 100% .

When we go lower to mid-high wet-straight flops like J♥:9♦:8♥: or T♠:9♦:8♠: frequency drops to 70%.

If we go even lower to very low wet-straight flop like our 7♥:4♠:3♥: or 7♠:5♦:4♠: it goes up again to around 80%.

Also consider, if we take a bigger sizing like half-pot, we should bet less often aswell, as those numbers assume we are betting 1/3 pot only. On micro-stakes or low-stakes I would recommend betting bigger than 1/3 pot as they chase draws and pay off our valuebets more often. 2/5 or 1/2 pot is perfectly fine.
