Well flop we can just call but raise is fine also. It's just that if we are raising practically every flush draw and some straight draws there are ton of semibluffs. Usually I prefer to flat this and raise some bit stronger flush draws like with one overcard etc. So that we can also continue versus 3bet.

Your value range on flop raise is likely good portion of Tx and rare two pairs/33. Turn does not complete any draw so I would want to bet bigger for protection on this drawy board with my range. So more like 240. Also issue of this small turn bet imo is that we don't really create fold equity and draws get great price. Not really good for semibluffs or value hands.

When he call flop and turn he will have some flush/straight draws and Tx, 9x, maybe some overpairs. Depends on villain if he is slowplaying strong top pair or better.

In general when flush completes I would bluff with straight draw having one spade. If river is total blank imo best bluffs would be maybe some QJ that block bit of better pair hands.

Villain will hit some of broadway cards likely better than you do. I mean you don't raise that many Ax or Kx probably on flop. E.g. KQ, KJ would be fine to just c-c if you don't 3bet pre. AT you might 3bwt pre. AsXs might also be just call with its showdown value. But even if that is case I think bluffing overcards can be good. If villain mainly think of his own card any overcard can look scary.

River sizing is good imo.
