Ignition - $0.05 PL Hi (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 4 players

Hero (BTN): 100 BB
SB: 44.2 BB (VPIP: 84.38, PFR: 46.88, 3Bet Preflop: 37.50, Hands: 33)
BB: 280 BB (VPIP: 90.91, PFR: 9.09, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 22)
CO: 100 BB (VPIP: 62.50, PFR: 25.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 8)

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has 7♠ 4♥ J♥ J♣

CO calls 1 BB, Hero raises to 4.4 BB, SB raises to 15.2 BB, BB calls 14.2 BB, fold, Hero calls 10.8 BB

Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

would u raise this hand from BU vs 1 caller?
After the 3bet, would you call wider vs 1 opponent or vs many opponents?
Many opponents would give you better pot odds. On the other hand, you would need a better hand to win, I guess.
Which type of hands would u fold to a 3bet here?

Flop: (46.6 BB, 3 players) 2♣ A♥ 5♦
SB bets 29 BB and is all-in, BB calls 29 BB, fold

Turn: (104.6 BB, 2 players) A♠

River: (104.6 BB, 2 players) 2♥

Spoiler

SB shows 6♦ 4♠ 8♠ 8♥ (Two Pair, Aces and Eights)
(Pre 47%, Flop 34%, Turn 17%)
BB shows T♦ K♣ 9♣ A♣ (Three of a Kind, Aces)
(Pre 53%, Flop 66%, Turn 83%)
BB wins 99.4 BB

What I like to do (can´t remember who actually said it) is when there are limpers thinking of whether I would raise my hand if I was sitting one position ahead.

Is 7♠ 4♥ J♥ J♣ a CO open?

And about your other questions - construct a flop where you feel comfortable (apart from J38 or JJx).

What about the three components of a good Omaha hand? Has it nutiness, connectedness, suitedness?

Yes but it is marginal, over-limping here is probably the better play. Against the 3-bet this is a fold though. I would call wider 3way with a sandwich-caller but this particular single-pair is just singlesuited and too disconnected to call it 3-way.
