Let´s say you get raised OTF - what do you do?
How many outs do you have to improve your hand and feel comfortable?

It is a straight-flop so I would use a small sizing like half pot to cbet the flop.

You also have the :Tx:xxx which is blocking nut-straights and draws from villain's continuing range, your hand has few chances to improve so cbetting is surely no mistake. It makes sense to check-back some of your stronger overpairs thought to protect your checking range, but
1) we want to do that when we have a marginal draw accompanying our weak made hand
2) this is only relevant if villains is capable of leading turns exploitatively.

We have no clean outs to improve. We should be polarizing so we are not betting depending on how many outs we have.

Yes because we have an easy decision on any street: fold or check-back with a hand that potentially wins some showdown.

It is a basic principle in PLO that we more often bet our "now probably ahead but very vulnerable hands" instantly as we prefer our opponent to fold. The reason for this is Equity runs close and denying it has a lot of value. Let's assume you check-back and villain is leading the turn repping a fairly strong hand or semi-bluff. You will have a hard time calling anyways but your overpair would have been worth a single bet or an attempt to reach showdown. You have no more pot-control but it is unlikely villain will get tricky and start to outplay you frequently in big pots out of position.

Yes, our hand looks like a made hand where we have value but as we have no playability it is actually a mix of all three value, protection and bluffing. We are happy when air is folding cause virtually anything still could catch up against our single pair.
