Hi!
Villain seems decent: VPIP: 23, PFR: 20, 3bet: 10, 165 hands.
Preflop is ok imo. Q9s plays well postflop, it is SB vs BB, he seems to 3bet decently. My calling range is something like suited aces, broadways, 77+, strong offsuit aces, T9s, 98s, 87s, J9s, Q9s, K9s.

Flop is relatively dry. I have top pair and a backdoor draw, so plan was check/call. Seems fine until here.

Turn is a blank 3. He bets 2/3 and I decided to check/fold. I have strongest Qx in my range, like QJ, KQ, even AQ. QT I would check/raise OTF mostly.
Check/raising doesn't make sense imo. I'm also blocking bluffs like 98s, 97s, J9s that could double barrel (flushdraws).
Ideas?

I expect you have also a 4bet range pre-flop with in mind you call for example 77+. I expect you 4bet JJ+ for example. If you think he has some semi bluff kind of hands in his range on turn I wouldn't mind to call the turn as well and fold on a reasonable river bet unimproved.
