Villain seems tight, 18/15, only 40 hands.
Preflop open raise is standard from the SB.
Flop I have some doubts. I'm checking most of my Jx hands, some Kx too (K6s-KTs), bet the stronger Kx, including KJ, K4s.

Plan was check/fold flop with just a gut-shot OOP. But it went check/check.
I think he checks most Jx, some weak Kx. Makes sense to bet some small PP for protection imo, some 4x to, like A4, 54, 64.

OTT I improve to an OESD (any 8 or Q would give me a str8). I decided to bet the turn around 60%. I don't think bet small makes sense after checking the flop.

River is 3, completing the 65s str8 which I can have. I also can have 77.
I would take this line with some mid-strength Kx to induce calls from some Jx, even weaker Kx.
So I decided to bet around 3/4. Doesn't make sense to give up now after the turn bet. I think size is ok, can't be very small.
I'm also not blocking missed flushdraws that villain could play this way and is now folding often.
Ideas?

If he folds a lot on Cbets I wouldn't mind to Cbet here and is than easier to represent a decent hand and I would semi bluff a lot on the flop as well. Turn is a blank and I doubt he will check the flop with draws and you represnt pretty much only Jx or weaker I think if you bet and is betting decent, but tough to let him fold a pair on this board. That's the same on the river and I would most likely give up after the call on turn. I expect he isn't folding any hand that hit this board.

On the flop the hand currently has no showdown value but it has fold equity and raw equity with the gs so i would cbet for those reasons. As played i like the delayed cbet with the double gs and improved turn equity. And on the river we have no showdown value we cant check and win so i like continuing the bluff here on the river. The flop isn't an ideal cbet spot id prefer to have some more back door equity with a heart on the flop. But we still have enough fold equity and raw equity on KJx type boards as the pre flop raiser so id lean more towards cbetting the flop

Just cbet the flop against nit tight players. It makes actually no sense to bet this turn but to not bet the flop here. if Villian thinks he will often call you because your line just says delayed cbet on turn. The 7 on turn is more or less a blank.
I think best line is just bet/fold flop.
