After emailing PokerStars about this issue a good few days ago, I still haven't heard from them, so I'm hoping to get some answers here. Basically, I am finished with gambling, banning myself from all sites and services and everything (after recovering from a massive loss). I'm trying to get a hold of the PokerStars support team to ask why my account was frozen. I imagine it was because an unusually large amount of money was being deposited into my account (my fault, thinking I could recoup my losses, but just ended up losing more and more), but after emailing them four or five times over the past week I've heard nothing back. My main problem is that I still have around 330 dollars (I live in England, so about £280) in my account that I NEED to withdraw, after which I would like the account permanently banned. Please, anyone give me some advice as to how I can try to get in contact with them much quicker so that I can resolve this issue. Thanks!
How have you tried so far?
The email address to use is:
support@pokerstars.eu
Send them all the details you can.
Best of luck,
VS
I've tried to email through the PokerStars app itself, as well as contacting them through support on their site. Both lead me to the same email. I suppose I could try through my personal email directly, and I'll see if that has any luck. Thanks.
Best to go to their support email or their phone support. That's the best way to guarantee it'll work out for you.

Hi KnightOfC,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com!
I think he's done that a few times.
While you're here, why not take a moment to introduce yourself -- tell us where you're from, what types of poker you play and so on.
You might also check to see if you can take advantage of any bonus offers that apply to you. There might even be free money available.
All the best,
VS
