Not sure what you mean with check/raise when you are playing in position, but your line seems decent. Off course sometimes you can 2nd barrel the turn as semi bluff, but on a dry board like thi it will be tough.

Flop size is ok if your plan is to shove turn. Though usually I would size flop smaller in general. You have absurd range advantage probably here though SB should not have flatting range preflop.

I would expect SB to shove most pockets preflop and he should not have 4x. So usually when he calls preflop and flop his range can still be weak. Like some Ax, some broadway and some flush draws. Which means lot of that range is weak and should have hard time facing turn shove.

Now if SB is ok reg and he takes this line I might just check flop as it could often be trap with big pocket. Because as said SB should not have flatting range this shallow.
