Studied today little bit about flop donk bets in srp pots.
No reads on BU. BU open and I call. On flop I thought this could be reasonable donk bet for following reasons:
- I block some made hands with 6 and I block villain wraps.
- If turn is 4, 7 or 9 I have blockers to nuts, future blockers.
- Hand is not strong enough to x-c or x-r.
- If I get raised its easy snap fold.
- If I hit 6 or 8 its probably more of x-c category on turn.
As its straight board I went with half pot sizing.
SB: €10 (100 bb)
Hero, BB: €13.58 (135 bb)
MP: €10 (100 bb)
CO: €10 (100 bb)
BU: €9.85 (98 bb)
Preflop: Hero is BU with T♠:8♠:8♥:6♦:
MP folds, CO folds, BU raise to €0.35, SB fold, Hero call
Flop: (€0.75) 6♥:5♦:2♣: (2 players)
Hero bets €0.36, CO raise to €1.22, Hero folds
