Yeah well the thing is that I still wonder how much donk betting make sense overall in HU pots. I know it's big part of GTO approach but point is that GTO assumes around 50% cbet frequency (on many flop structures) when IP.

But I would say average Joe in these games cbets more like 70-80+% of times. So what tend to happen is by donk betting we won't allow that wide cbet to happen and tighten villain range from the flop right away. Now sometimes it does benefit to get fe on flop with hand that is not strong enough to x-r and want protection but when pool cbets too often I think allowing that leak to happen has lot of value overall.

I also cbet too much theory wise but reason is simply that many players won't make light raises or floats. So fold equity tends to get high enough to do it.

Well this depends, as anything, on Board Texture, Position and Villains`Playertype. If the flop gets dealt, in PLO this event is like a new game is starting. It is basically a shift that is giving some of the 2 players range a range-advantage. Considering this flop it is a static and light type of texture that is hard to hit for both. When both player miss, it is often about aggression and frequency-dependant play so you can start stealing more if you think Villain is fit-folding too much. I remember Jnandez mentioned sth. about 25% Donking Range oop makes sense. As your range is so polarized, Villains on my stake call too much in position and the pot is still small, I started to donk/lead those flop textures a little bigger like 2/3 pot so I get more value with my strong overpairs, wraps and straights. All the hands you would continue against a raise like the best overpairs, a pair+straightdraw, sets and nutstraights should make up to 33% of your overall donking range so you bluff bet/fold the other 66%. This makes sure you are balanced and not over-folding against someone who might bluff-raise ip trying to exploit your donks.

this is true and has been mentioned pretty often that they cbet too much in general. we can exploit this also by bluff-checkraising more and making lighter calldowns. Be aware that it is critial to be careful how to continue on turns against different opponents. Sometimes we have to check give up, sometimes we should continue to rep a strong hand.
