UTG had been lag player open raising ton and aggro postflop in HU pots.

So preflop I thought about 3betting little bit but thought its too wide and calling likely better.

Flop brings nuts with bd fd but not really much support. UTG cbets and while he had been very active he probably has like KK, JJ, AQ, nut fd or some combination of those. I would have just called dry AQ here but I thought as I do have QQ it will decrease chances of UTG having same with backup. So I decided to stack off and potted blank turn after UTG called flop.

Well turn is actually not total blank as if villain have like KKQJ he has K high straight. But anyway main point in this one was if flop would still be better to just call without backup? Though yeah I also block fd with Q♣:

SB: €10 (100 bb)
BB: €10 (100 bb)
UTG:€45.52 (455 bb)
MP: €8.65 (86 bb)
CO: €10 (100 bb)
Hero, BTN: €21.6 (216 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BU with A♥:Q♥:Q♣:7♦:
UTG raise to €0.3, MP calls, CO folds, Hero calls, SB folds, BB calls

Flop: (€1.25) K♣:J♥:T♣: (2 players)
BB checks, UTG bets €1.04, MP folds, Hero raise to €4.31, BB folds, UTG calls

Turn: (€9.87) 9♠: (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets €9.43, UTG folds

pre raise your hand is fine against someone opening more than 20% imo. Like against 30% you`d have 6% R-v-R Equity edge. Against just 20% it`d be more marginal with only 3% edge where I would just call. But we have position and if he is not adapting well by 4-betting wider we are okay with it since we will have position. .. IF
if you are 3-betting only him. MP calling here changes things quite alot cause his range will contain relatively much :Ax: :Ax: that are going to 4-bet you cold. So I would overflat 3way.

postflop is standard obv. Slowplay calling is probably better cause u said he is aggro and you could let him hang himself since he is likely to 2-barrel any turn where you can gii more easily, if the turn is no :club: ofc and you have the backdoor -draw aswell which is a pro for playing it slow.

you need to be aware that there might be an editing error in the HH and we are multiway instead of 2 players on flop. in that case id not slowplay the double queens
