Hello.
I binked a BB-series event for 35k and now i’m trying to withdrawl my money. The day after i got an email saying my account were under investigation. So i did send them the requested information but after that it went silent.
I havent heard anything in over a week now despite i have sent several emails during the time.
Anyone else who been trough the same? What to do? It is a lot of money..

Be patient.
These things take time -- how much time varies widely.
I had to wait a while for my first withdrawal, but I can't remember how long.
