Pre-flop is for me most of the time a fold. Especially on NL2. If I would play this hand a raise would be better. A7o isn't a hand that play well post-flop. As played the turn is a easy fold with a weak flush draw. if you hit the flush you are especially multi way almost always dominated.

Splash pots make a difference since the pot odds will be much better than normal, so a wider range is OK.
Since you're UTG you need to make that work for you.
People expect open-raises from UTG to be strong, so you need to raise to show strength.
If you get 3Bet you have an easy fold.
