Based on pot odds No. Your pot odds are 150:425 = 1:2.83.
You have 8 outs (to your OESD) which give you 1:5 odds.
Since 1:2.83 > 1:5 you will lose money on the long run.

If you are looking on your implied pot odds and you belive your opponant will make a pot size bet in the river you should make the call.
Your implied pot odds are 150: (425+575) = 150:1000 = 1:6.66

Based on your implied pot odds Yes you should make the call. :)
