I can't say whether is is too passive, since I also tend to play passively especially with vulnerable hands -- which is pretty much the opposite of how other play.

I sometimes notice that I win as many hands with aggression as I do with the cards

You could raise preflop, but probably best to just fold... The call isn’t terrible.

When the villain leads out into 4 people on that flop it’s pretty obvious he has an over-pair and so I like the rest of your play.

It is true my range is usual crushed vs UTG range, but I like to play this hand post flop I don't think the call is bad here.

3 betting here is dangerous because if we get a call we are wayyy behind so if we 3 bet I see us doing it as a 3bet bluff vs UTG range

Yeah the play is ok. I’d need more information on the UTG opener and the villains behind me before I made that call preflop.

We are crushed by UTG. Unless we have some plan we are usually gonna’ lose to him. If anyone else comes along our chance of losing increases.

Being short makes a fold preflop way more appealing too. It would take a lot to get me calling this one.

53bb isn't to short I think and multi way KQs can flop well. It's not to often dominated and has straight and flush possibilities. Folding would be to tight pre-flop. I would only 3bet if the UTG player is a LAG.

The rest of the hand seems standard. If you raise flop you need to play for stacks. Any raise is for more than half of your remaining stack.
