Why you are checking behind the flop in this hand?
Any though process would be nice as well.

Id very likely cbet in play but i actually quite like the check on that board villain probably 4bets AA and can have 77 88 99 with a flat pre .And if villain raises TT or JJ with the overpair+draw were in a really tough spot on the flop.So i don't mind a bit of pot control but id prefer a raise on the turn villain can have TJs but we have equity vs that hand and villain can call the raise with quite a wide range here imo.

Interesting hand -- UTG is unlikely to be calling a 3Bet w/ any hand that makes a straight, so an ideal spot for a delayed CBet

Why you liked it. I think it depends a lot per villain what the best line post-flop is I think.

villain has all the nutted hands and we don't, so we either bet/fold a lot or risk stacking with 5% equity

This is the classic Way-Ahead-Way-Behind situation
