when i was searching for a spreadsheet to monitor my results, i found this (imo) very good one:

I did not create it and there seems to be an issue when you try opening it with newer Excel versions. It worked just fine for me with Libre Office.

A few things to get you started:
The screenshots show my personally reworked sheets. Since this spreadsheet is from 2006, you need to change a few lines in some cells.
In the "more stats" table, you want to edit the Cell D12 to show "2020".
After this, edit the cells D14 to D25. you will find a long statement in these. All you need to do is change the year in there.
For example, this will be the statement for january 2006 (sry, in german):
Change the number "2006" to "2020" for each in the 12 months, and repeat in cells D32 to D43.
I did not find a way to automatically change this, but 24 copy + pastes for an entire year doesn't seem too bad.
On the "Charts" table, simply change the number "2006" to "2020" in the header.
For 2021, you repeat these steps with the 2007 section and so on. (Or you're lazy like me and will do it when the time has come)
Congrats, you now got your very own results monitoring sheet with detailed information and graphs on how you did.
An extra tipp: You will see that some of the cells when filling out your SnG, Cash Games etc. are dropdown menus. If you want to add/remove any options, go to the "Info" table and edit whatever you need there
