Games between friends

With the coronavirus keeping people at home, me and some buddies would like to be able play some games with each other online.

We were playing with each other well before the days that Holdem became popular. What are some online options for having a private game? While we would prefer “free”, I understand that it’s unlikely to find many/any online providers. They are a business after all. I’d prefer to find a site where they don’t even touch our money. We are all friends, so we can handle transactions between each other individually. That being said, I would like to see a few features for a provider.

* the ability to admin the table and pass admin control. So if I want to issue everyone $100 in chips, or issue more chips I or another admin can do so.
* Voice/text chat. While we can use discourse, it would be nice if chat were built into a platform
* the ability to “free deal” to the table. Basically, I’d like to be able to control the deck as if I were literally handling the cards. We often play games like AceyDeucy where the dealer lays two cards out side by side with space in the middle. I’d like to be able to throw cards out face up or down, in any of the 3 columns, without regard to the rules of a particular game. This is so we can play the games we are used too and not have to concern ourselves over a particular rules convention.

Any suggestions?

You can play home games on PokerStars, but than you can't really discuss when you are playing except chatting. So far I know there aren't options what you really want.

I also only know of games that will require you to gamble money.
