Flop is not a mandatory cbet with the Q♥:, you don't need to deny him so much equity and that's why. Flop size is ok.
Turn check/call ok, betting small again wouldn't be a mistake too.
River ok. You don't have that much Jx as played (bet flop, slowplay turn and river).
So AQ is quite high in your range. You block AJ and QJ too.
The problem is that probably we won't call as light as he should OTF. Weak Ax shouldn't be betting turn and river, which is a concern as well.

Interesting.... I think BU's 3-bet calling range can be fairly wide pre-flop a range like ; 88-22,ATs-A2s,K8s+,Q8s+,J8s+,T8s+,97s+,87s,76s,65s,AJo-A9o,KTo+,QJo

When its BU versus SB or BB players can play wide ranges, alot of players choose to 3-bet from SB instead of calling with a wide portion of their ranges so he may not give you credit for having a big hand, on the flop there are a number of gut-shots villain can hold, QTs, T9s and all weaker aces like A2s-ATs (besides AJ and A8 those are ahead of us).

On the turn when villain calls the turn bet I think his range still holds many draws like gut-shots, many weaker Aces , I think if he had a hand like JJ,88,J8 he would be re-raising at some point by now so I think Hero is ahead. The river is a complete brick and I think he's bluffing his broken gut-shots and what-not and over-valuing his weaker aces. Hero is losing to 28 combos including all the trips Jack combos and boats with the J but would expect to have heard from before river most of the time and beating all gut-shots combos, all over-played aces and 8x turned bluff, Hero beats A8 now due to counterfeit turn.
