Big $2.20 AJs flop a flush draw facing a CBet and a raise

I think calling pre here is fine
this is quite an interesting flop
I think there's many way to play it ..maybe others call say what they believe the best way
Shoving seems like an option
I would prefer to call and see the turn, probably fold turn if we dont hit. Maybe too tight, let's see.

I 3 bet this one pre. for about 1k-1,2k. I you play this passive I would call flop due to your implieds

I would only 3bet against a aggressive villain with a high fold to 3bet.
don't want to play a big pot without position.
It's interesting the UTG is leading so small in to the raiser and CO is trying to isolate him.
If you call the raise there is a change the UTG player will 3bet here and that makes it tough to call here.
Most of the time I would shove against those stacks with in mind the CO has only 2.444 behind and will shove most turn cards.
