Hero raises to $0.75, 5 folds, SB calls $0.65, BB folds.

Flop: ($1.75) 4:c, 7:s, J:c (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.00, SB calls $1.00.

Turn: ($3.75) T:s (2 players)
SB bets $1.50, Hero raises to $4.5, SB calls $3.00.

River: ($12.75) J:s (2 players)

Hello,

Preflop: At such limits, I'd still prefer to raise 4xBB but 3xBB is fine also.
Flop: I would make the CBet a big bigger, ~$1.40.
Turn: I would make the raise a bit bigger, ~$6.
River: Because I don't get his line I'd prefer to just Call because only a better hand will Call your push.

Hello,
We dont need results as they dont matter to us.
I'd prefer to make it 4bb with premium hands.
Flop is drawheavy and your bet should be closer to 2/3 , if not 3/4.
Since he is donking small , hasnt got much left and We wont fold any river I prefer to just raise him allin on the turn and get the extra value we may miss if he doesnt hit river.

If you thought he had a busted draw why are you raising his river bet? He's not calling with a busted draw.
