I'd call OTR. You have the 9♦: blocking some flushes, although this is not very relevant. Any set is a call against that size.

The question is how straight-forward is the player in the SB? was he looking to check-raise the flop with a 2-pair type hand and it got checked through so he led out on turn for what he perceived as value OR did he check a hand like 76 or J7 on the flop and turn a straight then lead for value/protection versus the FD. These are spots where we need to come up with a an educated guess based on how he has been playing his previous hands. Leading into 3 players and betting river he clearly has something. In this scenario I personally don't care too much about the pot odds I'm being laid if all my opponents range is Flushes and Straights which I lose to. Also BTN called behind us there are still 3 players in the pot on the river, without reads I might fold the river BTN is still left to act and good chance 1 of them has us beat. Again , if we knew player behind us was passive we might be able to call but this is bad spot.

They definitely can have all straights and flushes and this is one of the worst possible rivers such as Jd and Qd, My thought process was, that BTN: $48.75 (98 bb) and SB calls $1.00 , both unknown = population very passives! What will lead 4w OTT and bet OTR, and what will call OTT 4w. So yes actually the pot odds in situations when we don't beat anything from certain value range and they probably never blufss doesn't matter. He perceived himself to straights mostly betting into 3 players ott and into 2 players OTR, besides the other one is last to act behind me, so I did tank fold. With info, that they are aggro fishes I will call.

there are also players in this pot, if hero raise turn and he receive a 3bet it became a sick spot
