I'd overbet turn tbh. BB seems fishy with his 3bet size pre.
You can overbet because you definitely don't bet wide OTF and OTT, so you should be polarized imo.
A 1/2 bet looks very weak.
As played, I think you should fold OTR. JT got there, flushes got there. Your sizes may induce something weird, but at least make sure you have the Q♥: when calling. This is NL50 but the fish are the same apparently.

Pretty gross spot villains repping the flush and can likely have AhJh, AhTh, ThJh QhJh QhTh maybe Ah3h, Ah5h i dont think much wider.I want to take some of those combos out as well alteast some % of the time because AJs A3s and A5s even QJs all might 3bet pre btn vs co.I also think we can block bet the river and b/f for around 1/2p and avoid this river spot.Although im not sure if taking a b/f river line is that good here tbh but as played i don't much like folding it but i think it's probably a fold.

JTs with backdoor FD and SD peeling one off on flop and turning the OESD seems like a possibility aswell , good fold on river
