I have tried to connect the two accounts for a couple of years ago, but did not work. I have updated my user id today even though it is the same user id i already tried to connect. Am i doing anything wrong?

Hi Joakimxm,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
In the box the opens, give them the name you're trying to connect -- or names if there is more than one.
Customer service can help you if anyone can. Be patient though, they may be short staffed these days...
