Not sure if you want to play HU SNG or HU ring games and on with limits, but 888Poker and Unibet could be a option.

I can't say about Unibet, since I don't have an account there, but 888 does not have HU NLHE

unfortunately there is no HU NLHE @ unibet either

I'm also looking for legit NLHE HU sites but it's really hard to look for one.

Than it will be tough. I don't know other poker rooms. I expect if you play on a decent limit you haven't much choice than PokerStars.

Well, in truth you cannot ever know.
With sites that don't allow trackers, it is also impossible to spot patterns of play that might indicate machine intelligence.
On PartyPoker, you can download your hand history a day after you play, but you can analyse only your own stats.

This won't help identify bots -- unless, of course you are a bot

Since a bot should play like a good reg anyway, you may as well just tag any good regs as bots -- or vice versa.
