Less money everyday on Pokerstars account balance

Make sure that Pokertracker and Pokerstars use the same currency.

I just started to play again and my Pokertracker show me $$$ but on my PS acount I play on €€€. I had to make some settings on PT4 to see the right amount of money. Maybe you have the same problem as me.

In the PokerStars client, click "Tools" on the right-hand side.
Then on the left, expand the "History & Stats" section
Now click "Playing History Audit" and follow the instructions in there.

You will receive a very detailed list of every transaction made through PokerStars.

If you find anything you don't understand, PokerStars customer service will be able to explain it.

If you're suspicious about any activity I suggest you change your password, enable two-factor authentication or enable the Stars PIN -- or even all three.
You get these in the "Account Details" section of the settings Dialogue

I don't know what this is and I don't know how to fix it. Every day, Pokerstars withdraws $ 1-2 during Cash games apart from the rake.
The scheme is this: sometimes, just when I leave the table, the bankroll shrinks by a few cents, 0.30 - 0.80. No reason. For example, I leave the table having $ 23.4 but I get $ 22.65 in my PS account, less by $ 0.75. And it's not about rake. And there is no other operation. And this happens every day.

Yesterday they took $ 2.06 from my account in 1592 hands. I checked the "Playing History Audit" and I found 6 situations in which less money arrived in my account than they were at the game table. I also checked the last hand on "Instant Hand History" but always the bankroll amount was right.

I sent two notifications but they did not respond.

Guys, do you have any idea what I should do? Am I the only one who happens to or is this a common Pokerstars practice?
Or maybe many of you haven't noticed ....! I noticed by chance when I compared the total of the day on PT4 with the difference of one day on Pokerstars. Every day, less money enters the Pokerstyars account than it should.

What did the playing history audit show?
If you had problems getting it, post in here what happened when you tried.
I get such an audit every 6 months or so, and I've never had a problem.
I have also never noticed my bankroll decreasing inexplicably.

Try this:
 Open the cashier in the client
 Click on Manage Currencies tab
You should see something like this:

The "Preferred" currency should be the one you play in.
In my case, even though I'm in Canada, I deposit and withdraw in USD

The bank charges an exchange rate, but PokerStars does not.

If your preferred and playing currencies, PokerStars charges an exchange when you enter and leave a table.
These exchange charges should show up in the audit.

If this is not the problem, then email support@pokerstars.eu to see if they can figure out what is going on.
Give them all the details you can in the first email -- screenshots, amounts before and after play and so on.
Hand histories might help too.

Just do a single table session recording everything before and after.

It happens several times a day starting from February when I started playing Cash.

The "Preferred" currency is USD, the same that I play in.

I sent 2 complaints to Pokerstars (on April 28 and May 5) but I have not received any response. I sent them all the details: the table at I was playing, the time, the amount they withdrew without explanation, etc.

Yes, it does. Everything is fine with a few small exceptions. A few times a day less money arrives in the account than they were at the table. Not too much, about $ 0.25 - 0.8 at once.

There is no doubt, I have checked dozens of times. Sometimes less money arrives in the account than they were at the table. And I don't know if this happens to everyone or just me.

Suppose you play Cash.
You open Pokerstars and PT4 (or HM2). Your bankroll is just over $ 600. It doesn't matter exactly how many there are.
You open 4 game tables. Then, after a while, you close one of them but immediately open another one. You do the same for a few hours. Close and open more than 10-15 tables in 6 hours.
In the end, PT4 says you won $ 42.65. Pokerstars shows you have a little over $ 650. You never think about checking if everything is fine, you don't even think about doing it. It has to be okay, it can't be otherwise.
But if you want to do that, you can't do it. You don't know exactly how big the bankroll was. So next time take a pen and a piece of paper and write it down. Also note what bonuses you received because PT4 doesn't know anything about it.
I did this and noticed that every day there is less money in my Pokerstars account than it should be. Not too much, about $ 1 daily at NL2 to over $ 2 at NL25. That means more than $ 700 a year. It's starting to be a lot.
But even these would not be a problem if I knew what it was about

Okay, hope you get an answer soon. PokerStars is having a long queue in their support recently. Could take weeks to get the answer, but eventually you will.

Reminds me of the tale about an employee who syphoned off a few pennies from the savings accounts of every customer registered with the bank. It soon adds up!

I dont know man, I never had any problems of this sort with pokerstars, it's not impossible but they are making so much money right now it would be pretty stupid to do something to harm their reputation like this (I wouldn't be surprised if a smaller site did this)

They will answer.
It will take a while, since their support is swamped

In answer to your earlier question:
On a Windows computer -- and presumably a Mac or Linux machine -- save the image to a folder on your computer, then drag and drop it into a forum post.
If the image is already on the internet somewhere, find the image, the right-click it and choose "copy image location"
Then click the image icon in the toolbar for the post -- the 6th one in -- and paste the URL into the box.
