well the flop in a sandwich is close. I tend to fold becsuse a psssive guy bets into 2 players. Thsts s made hand a fair amount of time. If you call flop you have to call turn and fold river asplayed.

Tough to fold top pair on flop, but against a passive player it seems decent. Off course calling isn't to bad and her-evaluete the turn. Now you are off course prized in to call the turn and river is a easy fold.

Hello,

I supposed that in this limped pot you are ahead with pair of 8, so I will re-raise flop to steal dead money. I see more connectors in SB than X7 in range because removal cards. You expend 4bb in the flop and turn anyway, re-raise on the flop will invest 6bb (2more) and increase your odds to win dead money.

I'm too far from your thinking level?

Be safe,

Idk what "dead" money you talk about when there are at least 2 players in the pot with decent equity hand, right? If you agree, wouldn´t be raising just an isolation against better hands? What would be good reason to raise quiet good hand when we make worse hands fold and let them only continue with hands that beat us?

If you want to collet "dead" money it seems like you only want to bluff. So, do you bluff with TP and decent kicker? Or do you "protect" your hand against vilains outs? If you don´t want to bluff, is your raise a raise for value?

Seems fine until river where I would x-c for that price. Villain doesnt raise turn which should decrease 7x quite a bit and K on river is relatively blank. Could easily be busted straight draw that stabs river in position.
