I'd bet higher on that flop as it is wet and we are not in a 3-bet pre-flop put. I'd go for atleast 2/3 of pot.
The bet on turn is fine. I like it because we are betting to protect and also for value as he may call with Kx, it should again be higher.
We should also bet here to exactly induce what happened so we know where we stand in the hand.
If we check we give villain a free card to get his potential flush draw to complete by the river.
Even if it does not complete we give him the chance to bet the river on his terms. What would you do for example if he bets a pot size bet because we checked the turn behind? We can't fold as his range is polarized, but if we are behind we now loose more money than if we would have bet the turn.
As played on Turn against unknown on this limit I'd prefer a fold. Realistically what do you think he is doing this with that you beat?
Kx would use a c/c line. A draw would likely continue to call here as you are still giving him good odds for it.
A c/r raise is a pretty strong show of strength here.
As played river would be a fold.
In these positions it helps to ask yourself if you want to be all-in on the turn, because no matter what the river brings the villain will most likely shove. If you don't want to play for stacks on the turn you can fold. It is very rare that your hand would improve and also rare that villain would check the river.

Just for clarity I don't mean you should go all-in on the turn, for value we would always call if we have a set or straight or so and then call his river shove.
I just mean that your turn decision to make a call is a decision to play for your stack.
