I don't think this will work in this spot.

If he has a Q or J he may look you up. It's just half pot. Any K will for sure call this as well
Also all the cards hit his ranges strong. I think he is checking to check call.

I play on GGpoker even though it says Pokerstars. None of my hand histories will have villain stats.

3-bet bluffs should be larger pre-flop,9bb is inviting a call. I would just check the river you have a pair,
