When do you use the all-in cash out feature? When should you use it? Is it worth it at all?

Not sure, depends if you wane gamble for it. I do use it a bit, only when I am ahead. For sure its minus EV, but if it keeps you from tilting take it.
If you don't tilt from suck outs, don't use it.
Put in enough volume to even out bad rng.
Using cash out is instant minus EV. You basically agree to pay a shitton extra rake that hand...
That being said. It can help you to take a shot on a stake that's above your bankrol.
And if it helps you from tilting, that can be +EV as well. Although working on your mental game would be a better investment of course
