Not getting any Strategy Points after playing at PokerStars

This set up guide is pretty difficult to follow... can you update it?

1. There's no mention of a Stars ID anywhere on the client, or in any of the email correspondence I have received.. is this the same as the username? It might be worth telling people what this is or how to find it!
2. After choosing PokerStars on your site, the banner to "Get your bonus now" is so big (even on desktop), that I missed the more detailed guide below when I originally downloaded the software so may have got the set up wrong
3. There's no way to tell if I've got it right or not, because your whole tracking system seems to fail silently, and it's probably too late because I've now set up my account and started playing

It's been a couple of days, so I'm just hoping there's some kind of delay and the tracking is actually in place
