call flop and play turn by odds and outs should be fine, river play is good imo. nh
edit: didn't see the gutshot :P

I really dont like the bet on the flop its better to check/raise in unraised pot opponents will believe you could have hit smth good if noone raise pf and fold or just call then you float the turn if you miss and river was obviously your favor so bet/raise it.

i would not reraise the river since no hand calls you unless he beats your smalll flush i think
