I bet the flop potsize not only for flush draw and straight protection, but for top pair, two pair, set value and the SB calls. He donks the Turn and I reraise. The river turns out to be the perfect card for me and I call.

How much should I bet at the flop? How do I play the turn?

flop potsize bet is good
turn raise is the best play to get value/protection from draws , if he has a strong hand the money is going anyway so my goal would be getting the most of the flush draw or some combo draw that won't pay off the river.

on the flop i would bet a bit lower like 240.
there are some draws out there but 240 is good enough to charge them but they can call somehow easy still making a mistake.
i like your turn play. you can not let him catch a card so cheaply so the raise is the best option.
a flush draw will pay you off on the turn probably, on the river he wont unless he catches it.
so the raise is the best play here.
if he has a big hand the money will go in no matter if you raise or just call.
