Ah yea that is a good point. Considering the shove on the river was difficult to call because of the clubs, maybe not inflating the pot would make it easier to call any bets on the river.

I think that the raise OTF should be higher.
Both villains get the odds to call with a FD.

I think villain having KK is rare, so you have very likely the nuts OTF, which is another reason to get more money in.

The raise on the flop is too small for sure. You need to protect your hand on this flop in a multiway pot. You cant call the river. Unless you really like seeing 2 diamonds.

In case of stars, you could push on the flop when 3-way.

Somehow, the push seems so fishy, one might call with any KX, or a flush draw. And when called, just cash out, regardless of opp's hands.

So you might be interested to know... with teeth clenched and thinking how can someone shove without the flush... I called and he turned over AK!!

I mean, super marginal that but this is NL2 so I guess you get stuff like this ehh?

Route 66 UTG+1. If I'm going to play this, I'm going to raise this up to 3x the raise of utg in this way you will get the blinds to fold their marginal hands and it will be easier to play your hands post-flop heads-up and in position assuming everyone folds.

Usually I raise/re-raise small pairs 66+ not in the blinds position. 55 below I just fold it. In the blinds, I just call and fold if I didn't hit the set.

on the flop - 1bb donk bet is usually weak and the min re-raise is soft. Weak hands alert should be ringing. You should be raising big to let them pay for any draws or let them wage us if they want to stick around with their top pair. After the raise, the pot is 13.5bb. I like a bet of around 11bb. Let's get value from our value hands.

turn - Worst turn card for our hand, flush came. Good news we are in position, we can just checked and hope river is a checked also.

As played, I can't see myself calling this river re-shoves all-in. There is no way in bloody hell he is doing this with a weaker hand than ours. Check/raise all-in is almost always the nuts on the river in this spot.

Good for you that you find that jewel call button and you are right.

Just one question, when you click that call button. Are you assuming he is bluffing? What hand did you put him in?

I think instinctively, I felt that the 1BB calls induced a raise because of how weak they looked. Villian KNEW at that point neither player had a flush.

I also thought the min raise on the flop was a sign of strength so I felt he had Kx.

But I also thought - surely he has a flush, who goes all in without having the flush in this situation. But I closed my eyes and called.

What I am noticing though, is that at this level - there are absolute crazy players. Just now I went three streets (2$) with a guy who had J high.
